These include a pillow to help keep you comfortable during your appointment, a relaxing hot drink before you go through to help calm you if you're feeling a little anxious, as well as using the latest technologies available to ensure you're not only getting excellent quality dentistry, but also good value for money and a long term investment. Anything we can do to help we always encourage patients to ask and have helped very nervous patients overcome their fear.

All our staff are hand picked for their passion for Dentistry, experience and knowledge. We are a small team so you will always see a familiar face. We try to get to know all our patients personally to customise their patient journey to accommodate their needs and preferences.

We also ensure our staff are up to date with the latest techniques and products available with continuous training and courses. Our clinicians are regularly completing additional post-graduate courses to extend their clinical knowledge and skills even more so to ensure patients know they're in safe hands.

We have recently gone through a refurbishment to update the waiting area and both surgeries, to allow patients feel more at home rather than in a clinical environment. We encourage patient feedback and have comment cards available in the waiting area for patients for patients to use if they wish to. Complimentary Costa cappuccinos, Lattes and Cadburys hot chocolates are also available while you wait.

The surgeries now have new, more comfortable chairs, ideal for some of our slightly longer treatment options , an Endodontic microscope for more precise and accurate root canal treatments and The Wand for almost pain free Anesthetic. We also offer air polish appointments for patients who wish to improve their smile without having lots of treatment.
