We obtain your details when you enquire, join the practice, subscribe to our newsletter, register online, complete a form, from family members or carers, and when another healthcare provider refers you.

We keep your records for 11 years after your last visit or until you reach 25 (whichever is longer). On request, we can delete non-essential details earlier.
CCTV images are kept 3 months unless needed for investigations or legal purposes.
